Online Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If your product is defective, you can exchange it for the same exact item, a variation of the same item, or an item of equal or lesser value. You must have the receipt and it must be within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated or there was an error on our part. If you have any questions about our exchange policy, please contact our customer support team.

In-Store Exchange Policy

If you purchased an item from The Galaxy Shop and it turned out to be defective, don't worry. As long as you have the receipt and it's within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange the item for the exact same item, a variation of the same item, or an item of equal or lesser value.

Same item means same brand and/or model of product.

Variation of same item means the same brand/model but different color or size.

Manager has final discretion over the product's defectiveness.
